　　KD-9 high performance composite rust and corrosion resistant agent is a kind of high performance additive with multi-function for water reducing, early strength, resistance of steel bars corrosion, and sulfate salt, chloride ion erosion. The purpose is to enhance the durability and long-term performance of the concrete. It is principally based on "GB8076-2008concrete admixture", "YB/T9231-2009rebar rust inhibitor technical regulation" and "JC/T1011-2006 concrete sulfate salt erosion resistance anti-corrosion agent".

▲ Purpose

　　Marine environment: seawater erosion zone, tidal zone, splash zone and marine atmospheric zone.

　　Sea sand is taken as the sand for concrete, and the chloride, sulfate salt content in water for construction is beyond the requirements of standard .

　　Industrial and civil buildings which is mainly corroded by chlorine, sulfate salt.

　　Restoration of existing reinforced concrete engineering.

　　Embedded parts or steel parts which need strengthened protection in concrete engineering.

　　Reinforced concrete bridge where using melt ice (snow) salt.

▲ Method of use and the points of attention

　　Cement, sand, gravel, mixing water and admixture for preparation of concrete shall satisfy the requirements of the relevant national standards.

　　During mixing with KD-9 high performance composite rust resistance anti-corrosion agent, accurate metering devices shall be adopted. The agent can be added together with cement into concrete mixer, but mixing time shall be appropriately extended for 30 to 60s, under the same condition of fluidity water can be appropriately reduced .

　　After concrete formwork is removed, curing shall be strengthened.

　　KD-9 high performance composite rust resistance anti-corrosion agent shall  be stored at dry, cool place to prevent from sunshine, rain and moisture. In the process of handling, damage on bags shall be prevented. Normally the warranty period is one year, if no abnormality, the product over one year can still be put into use after testing proves qualified.

▲ Packaging and transportation

　　This product is packed in double layers of the inner plastic film and outer woven bags. Weight is 25kg per bag. It is convenient for transportation, loading and unloading.
