　　KD-6 concrete curing agent is a film-forming substance which is combined with continuous phase of water, the dispersed phase of C-C combination, and synthesized with other organic additives. When the agent is coated on the fresh surface of the concrete, chemical film is formed after decomposition, which covers the surface of concrete and hinder the earlier, excessive evaporation of free water in the freshly molded concrete, thus it ensures the adequate hydration of cement and achieves the goal of self-curing.

▲ Application scope

　　It can be used for large area road pavement engineering of highway, airport runway, storehouse, parking lots, etc.

　　It can be applied for large overall cast-in-place concrete project such as lift slab, slipform construction of workshop building, chimney, etc.

　　It can be employed to construction of complicated engineering of different cross section structure and products.

　　It can be exercised in cement concrete engineering whose curing is difficult to be realized in traditional way.

▲ The main technical points for application

　　Curing agent can be spray-coated at 20 square meters per kilogram.

　　The optimal spray-coating effect is to keep spraying nozzle 30cm far from concrete surface.

　　The curing agent is suitable for the concrete construction above 5 ℃.

　　The spraying time has to be followed correctly, spraying too early will affect film formation and will lead to concrete surface bleeding and chalking; but spraying too late will cause the happening of concrete cracks.

　　This curing agent can be applied according to 1:1 to 1:2 dilution ratio to control spraying film thickness. The spraying shall be done according to sequence to avoid missed spraying, and spray-coating can be done twice.

▲ Packing and storage

　　This product is packed in 200kg steel drum, and it can also be done as agreed.

　　This product is sealed and stored in steel drum at not lower than 0 ℃, whose warranty period is one year.

　　Attention must be paid to prevent this product from frost.
