Shanxi Kaidi Building Materials Co., Ltd is established on May 26th, 1999, and it is located in RongHe chemical industrial park of Wanrong county, Shanxi Province, it is one of large-scale concrete admixture manufacturers in China with integration of the research and development, production, sales as a whole. In 2005, the company research and development center was identified as "Municipal Enterprise Technical Center".
 

　　As of December 31, 2014, in our company there is 145 employees, including 52 technical staff with college diploma, which occupy 36% of total employees, and16 R&D personnel with college diploma, which takes 11% of total employees.
 

　　The company increased inputs on research and development year by year. In 2015, the Research and Development Center made a dedicated trip to Yuncheng college to recruit 8 chemistry discipline graduates; the company Invested millions of RMBs on research and development center for thorough upgrading and brought in a batch of domestically advanced research and development, experiment equipment.
